The Future Of Internet Marketing : Offline X Factor

Making money through affiliate and CPA marketing has always been a great way to make extra money and there are a lot of companies that offer great opportunities to make it in this business, but affiliate marketing has become a very tight business to get into. That’s because there are a lot affiliate marketers who are fighting for the same phrases, keywords and the same customers in a very limited market. Because these marketing strategies are so saturated, it can be quite a challenge to make any money in affiliate marketing now.

Reacting to this, marketers have been considering taking their skills for online marketing and translating them into the offline world. More and more business are in need of people with internet marketing skills to promote their businesses, and internet marketers know this. Smart online marketers figure out which markets have the highest need with the least competition, so that they can make money easier.

That’s where the Offline X Factor comes in to play. The Offline X Factor is a new course offered by professional online marketers Eric Louviere and Jack Mize, and includes a membership type website. Offline X Factor offer its members instructions, mentoring, and support for those who are trying to get a grip on the complicated world of internet marketing, so that they too can make money by working for an offline business. Louviere and Mize will teach you easy ways to make a five-figure-per-month income by providing internet marketing knowledge to service various nearby businesses.

The lessons that Louviere and Mize have created are easy and simple to reproduce and you should be able to get your internet marketing services business up and running quickly. By doing what they teach you and following the business model that they have already put into place, you should be able to make money quickly and with far less effort than you did when you were marketing online.

There are seven modules that make up the Offline X Factor. The following outlines these modules in detail:

Module 1 is about how to get offline customers. This lesson will give you all of your marketing tools, your business cards, how to make postcards and will give you the presentations you will need when you present this idea to local businesses.

Module 2 shows how to use the internet for offline business marketing by taking advantage of the major search engines freebies that hardly anyone else is using.

Module 3 teaches how to find out secrets to maximize the local directories’ potential for boosting business for your clients, using new-found effective methods that haven’t been overused.

Module 4 is all about more exposure! This lesson will teach you how to create just the right marketing scheme for your new clients by creating a marketing campaign that costs nearly nothing.

Module 5 demonstrates how you will source social media and blogs that will give your local clients new prospects.

Module 6 explains how videos can help boost your clients’ interest in your services. This information is extremely valuable, and this particular module discusses a lot of things that are barely covered by other courses.

Module 7 demonstrates how to troubleshoot any technical issues you may encounter without having to understand techie lingo. By learning these very important lessons, you are ensuring that if you do run into any technical difficulties you won’t have to waste money paying someone else to fix it for you.

The Offline X Factor is a full course that will teach you how to use the internet marketing skills that you already have and move them into a newer, more lucrative market; or even take the uninitiated beginning marketer and show them how to bring in a greater income by starting a new business!

Check out a full review of Offline X Factor if any of this sounds attractive to you. Here, you’ll find your honest, uncensored and complete review of the Offline X Factor program, which discusses both the advantages and the limitations of this system.

Ensuring the Future with Alternative Energy Jobs

We need to look toward alternative energy jobs to help ensure that there is a much brighter tomorrow than we have right now. Our energy needs have turned the planet into a suffering and polluted environment masked by our own civilized progress. In order to address the mass problems brought on by pollution we are putting a lot of faith in the potential that renewable energy jobs present.

It could work. Cars and industry are the two main sources of air pollution. Alternative energy jobs that investigate the possibilities may very well be able to develop some of the answers that will not just slowly reduce the problem, but eliminate the problem. Will this be an overnight fix? Of course not, but the chronic and immediate pursuit of clean energy will change the research that we have accomplished thus far. It will open up new doors for energy conservation.

Wind energy jobs are already starting to crop up along the coast lines of the United States. With the perpetual winds across the oceans, there is no reason why we can harness that wind and transform it into power.

This type of progress can immediately help reduce our energy costs out of our pockets as well as environmentally. We can start to transition coastal communities to wind and solar energy. The green building jobs that will accompany this progress will also help boost the economy.

Renewable energy jobs will help us find new ways to keep our planet healthy while operating at a human friendly level. We aren’t aiming to take the progress backward. We are just looking for ways to protect the planet that hosts us and improve its quality of life. Investing in renewable energy is one of the many steps toward this goal. By keeping technology alive and moving forward with better energy we break new ground.

There has to be a people friendly awareness as these jobs progress. Alternative energy jobs have to focus on combining the needs of the planet with the needs of the people. We rely on our energy for a reason and we can’t expect a nation or a world to start operating on different principles overnight. The impact of wiping out pollutant energy without balancing the needs of the people would be great.

What would happen if we just gave up and continued to go about our lifestyles in this manner? How does bringing in the energy conservation jobs and welcoming alternative energy jobs do more for us now than coal mining? Truth be told the adult generation would continue to suffer at the current range of health, which is compromised. However, it would be our children and grand children that would grow up to gas masks to survive the air outside and never feel the rain on their face, because it is toxic.

Today starts the first efforts toward a cleaner, better Earth. If alternative energy jobs are the key element to making tomorrow a better day, then perhaps it is time for interested parties to start making their ideas known, transition toward such jobs, and becoming educated to be able to jump in to the industry as soon as possible. Green collar jobs are going to help turn the world around, and being a part of that is something very extraordinary.

Strategies For Finding A Job

From Bad to Worse: Unemployment Rate Hits Working Americans Across the Spectrum

With massive layoffs and cut backs is anyone hiring?

According to the US Department of Labor:

the number of unemployed people rose to 9.4 million in August, and the unemployment rate increased to 6.1 percent.

Over the past 12 months, the number of unemployed persons has increased by 2.2 million and the unemployment rate has risen by 1.4 percentage points, with most of the increase occurring over the past 4 months.

Depending on your skills, education, determination, and networking ability, the right job is out there for you!

Think outside the box to find your next gig.

Despite the grim reports about the economy and unemployment, it is still possible to find a job. It may not necessarily be your dream job making the ideal salary, with top notch benefits, and cool perks…but it may be enough to keep your head above water while seeking better opportunities. Stay optimistic, positive, and focused on your goals.

Your job search may lead you to a new career, a new business, and/or an overlooked or missed opportunity.

Job Hunting Tips

Whether you are a newly minted college graduate entering the workforce for the first time, are a retiree looking to get back into a job or someone who is just fed up with their job and is looking to transition into another career, you can get started on the trail of that job you want by following the tips given in this article.

Check your resume for mistakes

Before turning in your resume, make sure that it is tailored to the position you are trying to secure and that it is free of typos, spelling errors and grammatical mistakes. You should also be sure to tailor your resume to the specific criteria of the position you are applying for. If you have your sights set on an accounting position, you need to emphasize any prior experience which is applicable. Make sure that your resume is no longer than one and a half pages; one page is better.

Tackling the interview challenge

An interview of 1,400 CFOs done by a California consulting and staffing company revealed agreement on the most common errors made by job seekers in the interview process. The most common of these were:

  • Not knowing about the company or even the position applied for
  • Being late for the interview or even worse
  • Being arrogant during the interview

Body language is of great importance; you should make good eye contact, have a firm handshake and avoid defensive postures like crossing your arms. The way you dress matters too – remember that it’s always better to be overdressed rather than under dressed.

Answer questions smartly

Being nervous can lead you to do poorly in interviews. These jangled nerves can even lead to forgetting the questions asked in the interview! To prepare yourself and be less nervous, make sure to do your research on not just the position itself, but also the company you are applying at. If you don’t know the answer to a question, say so and offer to get back to the interviewer with an answer later.

Getting the necessary referrals

An employee referral is a valuable thing – it is in many cases the best way of securing an interview. Remember that hundreds of resumes pour in when companies advertise a vacancy and that having a referral from an employee will improve your odds. As many as 60% of job vacancies are filled through recommendations by current employees.

Online application

An increasing number of companies are now asking applicants to submit their resume or application over the internet. This means that rather than making a good first impression in person, you must do this by email. This is a very important piece of communication; treat it with the seriousness it deserves. When applying online, remember these tips:

Complete your sentences and do not use abbreviations

If your email is too casual in its tome, a prospective employer will probably pass you by. Even when you are writing a prospective employer via email, always keep the tome of your email professional.

Get directly to the point

Be clear about why you are writing; using a story or other embellishments will probably not get the attention of a prospective employer; but it probably will make them feel that you have wasted your time and to keep on looking through that stack of resumes. Be direct and professional in your email.

With some preparation and some patience, you really can get that job you’ve always wanted. Don’t give up and be willing to wait for that perfect job instead of grabbing the first position you see – it can mean you’ll end up just as unhappy as before. Make an informed, solid decision which is right for your professional advancement and then act on it.

Wake Up America!

My friends thought I was nuts last year when I shared my enthusiasm for outspoken Dennis Kucinich. I think his Wake Up America speech shows exactly why I have so much love for him and hopefully woke some folks up.

Dennis Kucinich’s Speech at the Democratic National Convention:

It’s Election Day 2008. We Democrats are giving America a wake-up call. Wake up, America. In 2001, the oil companies, the war contractors and the neo-con artists seized the economy and have added 4 trillion dollars of unproductive spending to the national debt. We now pay four times more for defense, three times more for gasoline and home heating oil and twice what we paid for health care.

Millions of Americans have lost their jobs, their homes, their health care, their pensions. Trillions of dollars for an unnecessary war paid with borrowed money. Tens of billions of dollars in cash and weapons disappeared into thin air, at the cost of the lives of our troops and innocent Iraqis, while all the president’s oilmen are maneuvering to grab Iraq’s oil.

Borrowed money to bomb bridges in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. No money to rebuild bridges in America. Money to start a hot war with Iran. Now we have another cold war with Russia, while the American economy has become a game of Russian roulette.

If there was an Olympics for misleading, mismanaging and misappropriating, this administration would take the gold. World records for violations of national and international laws. They want another four-year term to continue to alienate our allies, spend our children’s inheritance and hollow out our economy.

We can’t afford another Republican administration. Wake up, America. The insurance companies took over health care. Wake up, America. The pharmaceutical companies took over drug pricing.

Wake up, America. The speculators took over Wall Street. Wake up, America. They want to take your Social Security. Wake up, America. Multinational corporations took over our trade policies, factories are closing, good paying jobs lost.

Wake up, America. We went into Iraq for oil. The oil companies want more. War against Iran will mean $10-a-gallon gasoline. The oil administration wants to drill more, into your wallet. Wake up, America. Weapons contractors want more. An Iran war will cost 5 to 10 trillion dollars.

This administration can tap our phones. They can’t tap our creative spirit. They can open our mail. They can’t open economic opportunities. They can track our every move. They lost track of the economy while the cost of food, gasoline and electricity skyrockets. They skillfully played our post-9/11 fears and allowed the few to profit at the expense of the many. Every day we get the color orange, while the oil companies, the insurance companies, the speculators, the war contractors get the color green.

Wake up, America. This is not a call for you to take a new direction from right to left. This is call for you to go from down to up. Up with the rights of workers. Up with wages. Up with fair trade. Up with creating millions of good paying jobs, rebuilding our bridges, ports and water systems. Up with creating millions of sustainable energy jobs to lower the cost of energy, lower carbon emissions and protect the environment.

Up with health care for all. Up with education for all. Up with home ownership. Up with guaranteed retirement benefits. Up with peace. Up with prosperity. Up with the Democratic Party. Up with Obama-Biden.

Wake up, America. Wake up, America. Wake up, America.
