Millions of Americans are out of work and the greater part are actively searching for work. The competition is brutal and the number of available jobs are few and far between. It can be discouraging and stressful to say the least.
The first thing that you need to do immediately is cut as many expenses as possible. Depending on your lifestyle this will likely mean going without cable tv, cutting back on Starbucks, not getting your hair done, or mowing your own lawn.
Second and most important, do not panic. No matter how hard things may seem, you must believe that everything will work out. Your belief and your faith will help you through difficult times. If you believe in a higher power, trust that your needs will be met.
“He who has faith has… an inward reservoir of courage, hope, confidence, calmness, and assuring trust that all will come out well – even though to the world it may appear to come out most badly.” -B.C. Forbes
Do not give up. With every no you are really closer to your yes. You may possibly send out hundreds of resumes and have to go on a hundred or more interviews before you actually secure a job. Just maintain a positive attitude keep in mind… finding a job is a job in itself these days.
Consider lowering your standards in terms of positions and titles. In this economy you might want to apply for jobs that are lower on the totem pole than what you are used to. If you were a regional manager, perhaps you should also apply for jobs as a district manager. Yes, the pay is less, but at least it is a job. You may have to settle for a part time position or do odd jobs to make ends meet until you get something full time. The crucial thing is that you bring in an income.
It is said that millionaires are created in times of recession. If you find yourself struggling to get a job after months of trying, create one for yourself. This might be the perfect time and opportunity to start your own business.
“What separates the winners from the losers is how a person reacts to each new twist of fate.” -Donald Trump
In these economic times job security is out the window. My Video Talk business opportunity is growing fast and recently laid off people are making money right away!

Go watch it here:

This “Odd-Ball” job didn’t exist 18 months ago but demand is SO high right now a total jug-head can demand $5K-$10K a month part-time or full time.
A close friend of mine that was recently unemployed is doing this now and she is rakin-it in.
This video spills the beans. Go watch this video now:

See ya soon,

P.S.
If your not making $10K a month right now I strongly suggest you watch this video.

The unemployment rate is staggering. Every day we hear about more and more people being laid off their job. It’s a said reality.
“Don’t compromise yourself. You are all you’ve got.” – Janis Joplin
What would you do tomorrow if you got fired?
Most people would panic. Maybe beg. What about you? Most people are not in a position to walk away from their job and be free of worry, but if you had a profitable home business the world would look very different.
Instead of worrying about getting laid off you could instead give yourself a pay raise every single day, as your business grows. When you have your own Network Marketing business you won’t need to settle for a paycheck that barely covers the bills.
“Network Marketing” means you get to work as part of a team and leverage the time and skills of everyone else. It’s a smart way of growing a home business.
Build A Business That Doesn’t Own You
So many “traditional” business owners get stuck in Maintenance Mode with their businesses. They end up not with a business that serves them but with a business they become a slave to, and they end up even more trapped than they were working for a boss! The same business owners write paychecks every week to all the employees but not themselves, and work 100+ hours a week trying to make their business profitable. This goes on for years, and every day is a struggle.
A Networking Marketing business, on the other hand, has none of these disadvantages. You need no employees, no crazy hours, no premises, and you don’t need to tie your money up in stock. This means almost every penny you make is profit.
Residual Income: Getting Paid Whether You Work Or Not
The main benefit of a Network Marketing business is the potential to get paid a Residual Income.
You work hard to build up your business, and your income will slowly grow into something more significant month after month. Then after a few years your monthly income from your business will be large enough for you to quit your job or retire, and you won’t have to work for money any longer! The income will continue to be paid to you. Your business will be manageable, and will continue to make a profit without you when you are ready to retire.
Best of all… you will have the full support and training of hundreds of people who have been where you are now and become successful enough to quit their jobs. This cuts your training time dramatically. It means you won’t have to invest energy and money into finding out what doesn’t work.
You will have the step by step plan developed for you – you don’t get that in any traditional business! You get to own a business instead of letting it own you.
This means you will be at life-changing income levels sooner than you might think…

“Profits are better than wages. Wages will make you a living, profits make you a fortune. It’s difficult to get rich on wages, but anybody can get rich on profits” ~ Jim Rohn
QUESTION: How much do you get paid if you stop working? If you’re like most people, your answer is probably “nothing”. For every rich person, however, the answer is very different. A rich person is simply someone who has learned how to make money when they’re not working, when they’re on vacation, and even when they’re sleeping.
The rich have named this type of income “Residual Income”.
Residual income is money that keeps getting paid to you whether you work or not. You earn money no matter what you’re doing, because the money earns itself. It doesn’t depend on you. So if you had a residual income of $2000 a month, you could STILL get paid $2000 every month even if all you did was sit in a rocking chair and read the newspaper each and every day.
Rich people have learned how to earn money 24/7, and you can too.
The only residual income most people will ever earn is the measly interest on their savings account with their bank. Imagine what it would be like if your residual income was large enough for you to quit your job, or even quit working altogether…
TRADITIONAL INCOME:
The moment you arrive at a regular job you start getting paid, and your boss decides how much. Then when you leave at the end of the day you stop making money. It’s almost impossible to get rich this way because every penny you earn is completely dependent on you being at work, and you only have a limited number of hours each day. If you don’t turn up to work one day, you stop earning money. Why most people choose this as their main method of earning money is because they don’t know about all the alternatives available!
RESIDUAL INCOME:
The moment you wake up in the morning you start making money. In fact, you were earning overnight. You do some work during your day which adds to your residual income. You finish your work in the evening, but your income doesn’t stop growing. If you decide to take the day off, or go on vacation for a week, you don’t stop earning money. Can a boss or anyone else reach out and turn off your Residual Income? Not a chance!
You are in complete control, and nobody is allowed to say how much you are allowed to earn and when you can earn it.
You could be working on your Residual Income today! Every day it could grow a little bit more than the day before.
You can start earning as soon as you get started, and getting started is easier than you might think.
Don’t let ANYONE tell you how much you’re worth.

There are 3 types of income you can earn. There are 3 separate categories, and only 1 can set you free. It comes down to time and money freedom.
Most people either have lots of money and little free time, or lots of free time and little money. Having both time freedom and money freedom is rare.
It’s rare because people spend their entire lives trying to work harder and harder in a job, for a boss they don’t like, and never manage to get ahead. They think working harder on their job is the answer, but they’re barking up the wrong tree! If instead they focused their hard work (even in their spare time) on a different type of income they could probably have retired years, even decades, before they did.
And then there are the rich. They seemingly have it all. They have abundant cash, and spare time with which to enjoy it. They usually have an ongoing source of income that pays for their lifestyle without them having to go to work.
So What Makes The Difference?
The real secret of the rich is that one source of income isn’t really more difficult to build up than another. It all comes down to where you focus your time and effort.
1. The first type of income is The One Time Sale, or contract/freelance work. You complete the job for the client and get paid. It’s not a regular job, and you need to line up many different clients in order to make a good living. This is usually the income of the self-employed worker.
2. Linear Income. If you work in a job this is your income-type. You get paid if you’re there working, and the money stops if you decide not to turn up. Even if you are in a very high-paying job, you still only get paid when you are actually working. This type of income is actually the least secure of them all because you are not in control. The company can get rid of any employees at any time, leaving you stranded with no source of income.
A rich person would never put up with such a lack of control, which is why they choose option 3.
3. Residual Income. Residual income is the most powerful of the 3 income types. “Residual income” means you will continue to get paid long after you stop working, which gives you the power to greatly increase your free time, or focus on sky-rocketing your earnings. Or both!
An example of residual income would be books sales for an author, or rent payments for a landlord, or profits from a self-running business.
It seems like residual income is out of reach for most people, unless they have super talents to write bestselling books or invest heavily in property, or hire staff.
But with the many legitimate home businesses now offering residual income opportunities, like Ardyss International, it no longer makes sense to remain stuck in a job you hate.
Do the work one time, get paid repeatedly. Claim the royalty payments your home business can generate!
And the best part is, with a home business, you get to work as part of an existing team and follow successful advice. So you’re not left to figure things out for yourself.
Mix your income sources, and learn the lessons of the rich!

“Of all the entrepreneurial opportunities available today, one of the most important is direct selling, also called network marketing.” – Paul Zane Pilzer, Nobel Prize Winning Economist and Author
Your boss does not want you reading this.
The truth is, if you truly took this message to heart, you could fire your boss. Not immediately, but it would happen.
Like most people you probably expect to retire one day, maybe in a few years, maybe in a few decades, but you hope to be able to one day have the retirement income coming in reliably every month as you finally relax and enjoy it.
But something is very wrong with this picture. You’ll be elderly by then! You’ll have the free time, but who wants free time when they’re 65?
What your boss doesn’t want you to know is that your financial freedom is less than 5 years away. You can make it without a boss. It’s more fun too. The traditional plan for an employee is to work for 40+ years, giving away most of their life to completing someone else’s tasks, then relaxing when you’re too old to live the life you dreamed of.
For Network Marketers the plan looks a little different. Set up a business in your spare time that will pay you even when you stop working… then stop working!
Just imagine… where would you be now if you had read this message 5 years ago?
A network marketing business gives you the freedom most people never even glimpse. As your business grows (and you’re helped every step of the way by other people just like you) your income increases. This is income on top of your regular job income, because you don’t have to quit your job to do this. Most network marketers won’t quit their jobs until their business-income overtakes their job-income. Then they fire their boss, walk out, and never look back.
If it takes you 5 years – heck, even 10 years – to eliminate the need for a job, what would you do with your time? Most people would travel more, get serious about their hobbies, volunteer their time to the charities they’re passionate about, learn new skills, visit friends and family…
And yet these same people, with their same wishes, spend their time working for a boss, worrying if they’ll get fired, arriving home late, then flopping down in front of the TV in sheer exhaustion.
Be different. Make your plan. It’s 5 years away.

When your boss says jump, is your reaction “How high?”
We actually are conditioned to follow pretty much whatever the boss tell us to do no matter how hard it may be, but when face-to-face with our own personal financial goals we typically buckle under the pressure. Why are we so we inclined to go the extra mile for the job and the employer than we are for ourselves? It is utterly ridiculous!
What would you do if you needed to make an additional $15,000 a year? Would you simply ask your employer for a promotion or beg for a raise?
Why not build your own business?
In this day and age there is no longer a such thing as job security. Workers are getting laid off left and right. Unemployment made record highs over the past few years. There are numerous people who have found themselves without a job or money to pay the bills. It is pretty tough out there.
Yet, in spite of the horrific economy, there is a flourishing group of people who are unaffected by job loss and unemployment figures. These particular people did not have bosses to begin with, so there was nobody to lay them off.
They are the Crowd Sourcers and Network Marketers, and you can be a part of their ranks.
Imagine delivering the following note to your employer one day…
****************
Dear Boss,
I write to notify you that as a consequence of financial circumstances entirely within my control, I can no longer rationalize keeping you on as my employer.
Effective without further ado, please acknowledge this letter as my formal resignation, as I will now establish a life of full-time freedom bursting with pursuits of my choosing.
Best Regards,
Your Former Employee
****************
What would your boss say to that?!
If you want for this to even materialize , first you have to commit to it. Then you have to decide when your employer will receive that letter from you. If it takes you a couple of years to be financially independent, would it be worth it? Can you imagine if you had gotten started just a few years ago…
What if your employer were to tell you tomorrow that in the near future you will be laid off, what would you do? Would it push you into action?
You have that very choice, right this moment. You can launch your own crowd sourcing business part time from home, and enhance your income. And once your home business income exceeds your job wages, no more boss!
It begins this moment. When you look in the mirror, that is your new boss staring back at you. The only person answerable for your financial future is you.
Hence… what are you waiting for…
Get started in the health and wellness industry with the lucrative Ardyss International Opportunity or make your mark in the data collection business with Crowd Sourcing International. Get started today, right now! Take charge of your future.
