Boxing is one of those sports that I actually watch and enjoy with my husband. On big fight nights we always order the fight. There have been many occasions where the fights have been disappointing to say the least…but last night was not one of those nights.
The crowd was singing “Walking in Hatton Wonderland” not knowing that Pretty Boy Floyd would land the punches to send Hatton to knock out wonderland lol.
Pretty Boy Floyd was oh so pretty after the fight not a mark on him…can’t say the same for Hitman Hatton he looked like he had taken one hit too many. If you didn’t see the fight catch when it re-airs on HBO.
What impresses me most about the undisputed welter weight champion is that even with all the titles, accomplishments, and trash talk after every fight he’s humble. I’m glad that he said that he would retire from boxing and not let boxing retire him. With a record like his its clear why he’s the champ and as he put it he has nothing else to prove.
