Operation Get A Plane Ticket To DC Complete!
The plane ticket to DC was purchased this morning and proof of itinerary was confirmed and received by my local US Representatives office.

I am going to the inauguration yayyyy! God is Good.

When ever I play the lottery (which is rare, I only play when the jackpot is huge), I always believe that I have the winning ticket. I can’t possibly be the only person that thinks that way. People buy lottery tickets because they hope and even expect to win, right?

Anyhoo…the other day I heard the lottery was up to 30 million. I thought to myself hmmm what would you do with 30 million dollars? My mind raced through a plethora of thoughts.

The history of pageants in the United States date as far back as the 1920’s. The first Miss America was crowned in 1921. Pageants have been around ever since. Some of the most famous and successful women in the world competed in pageants. While some scoff and dismiss pageants as mere “beauty contests” the truth of the matter is women participating in pageants are usually at the top of their game. They are undeniably beautiful, poised, articulate, and extremely smart… I know some may disagree, considering the Miss Teen South Carolina 2007 debacle (I think it was her nerves, that’s exactly what scares me about entering a pageant).  Read more...
