Can Cure For High Blood Pressure Cure Vertigo As Well?

This career of mine has always allowed me to experience praise from my clients regarding how my programme was successful for them and also how it helped them in different ways too.

One of my clients has written me a letter recently saying that my high blood pressure programme has reduced her high blood pressure to a normal count and amazing part is she, now a day, doesn’t suffer from vertigo that was troubling her for past few years!

She never saw how a single programme can clear up the both the disorders at a time. Is that a coincidence where programme for high blood pressure can effect other disorder?

To understand how that can happen first let’s look at what vertigo is.

Vertigo is defined as a symptom that happens due to other disorders. The commonly seen vertigo happens due to structural disorders of ears know as peripheral vestibular system.

General type of peripheral disorder is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV. Dizziness (naturally), vomiting, nausea, hearing loss, perspiration, impaired cognitive ability, and weakness of the muscles in the face. This symptom lasts for less then a minute and happens without any warnings.

Vertigo can also be caused by different other diseases like irregular blood pressure (both low blood pressure and high blood pressure), migraine associated headache (MAV), atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and irregular blood sugar (often associated with diabetes).

Now what should we do to avoid such conditions that support vertigo?

Bring down high or low blood pressure to a normal count. One way is to by avoiding sodium enriched food which temporarily increases your blood pressure. If you have been following such a diet for long now, then it may have become a permanent problem. So you need to stop that immediately.

Migraine headache – foods like cheese, alcohol, MSG, nuts, chocolate and non fresh meats has a tendency of causing headache. So, try to avoid this kind of food.

With high cholesterol, the arteries become harden at time. To avoid this condition, try to take fresh fruits and vegetables instead of fried food and food containing fat.

While a little exercise can help you to reduce your vertigo symptoms, but that may lead to dehydration due to loss of body fluids which also causes vertigo. So re-hydrate yourself amply after an exercise session and nothing re-hydrated better than a glass of water.

Use my Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program and see how you get well naturally without undergoing much hassle. Also take my Vertigo and Dizziness program if you are suffering from this problem as well. So don’t let vertigo or high blood pressure rule you anymore; see my programs and leave them behind.

The medical professionals doesn’t want you to understand what really causes dizziness. But the truth is that simple vertigo exercises can heal your vertigo within a day.

Can Cure For High Blood Pressure Cure Vertigo As Well?

This career of mine has always allowed me to experience praise from my clients regarding how my programme was successful for them and also how it helped them in different ways too.

She never saw how a single programme can clear up the both the disorders at a time. Is that a coincidence where programme for high blood pressure can effect other disorder?

To understand that first you have to know what vertigo is.

Vertigo can be a symptom of many types of disorders. Commonly it takes place due to the structural disorders of the ear know as peripheral vestibular system.

General type of peripheral disorder is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV. Dizziness (naturally), vomiting, nausea, hearing loss, perspiration, impaired cognitive ability, and weakness of the muscles in the face. Vertigo can also be caused by different other diseases like irregular blood pressure (both low blood pressure and high blood pressure), migraine associated headache (MAV), atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and irregular blood sugar (often associated with diabetes).

If all the above conditions support vertigo then how to resist this conditions?

Any food containing high sodium contents can raise blood pressure temporarily. With times it becomes a permanent problem so to avoid irregular blood pressure. So to avoid irregular blood pressure, stop the intake of salty foods.

Avoiding trigger foods that cause headache is a good idea. Cheese, alcohol, MSG, nuts, chocolate and non fresh meats are the usual culprits in this case.

Arteries gets harden due to cholesterol that arises from a steady diet of fatty and oily foods. This causes atherosclerosis. To avoid it, banish fried foods and food enriched with fats from your daily menu. You can always replace them with fruits and fresh vegetables.

While a little exercise can help you to reduce your vertigo symptoms, but that may lead to dehydration due to loss of body fluids which also causes vertigo. So re-hydrate yourself amply after an exercise session and nothing re-hydrated better than a glass of water.

The good news is my Natural Blood Pressure Exercise Program and Vertigo and Dizziness program has always derived a very positive feedback and amazing result. I recommend you have a look in these programs and cure your problems naturally.

Know All About That Nagging Pain In The Neck

I used to suffer from severe neck and upper back pain from a injury caused due to automobile accident. It was a continuous pain and I started to alter my upright position to a sort of curved stance. Sudden car accidents can change life as these kinds of pain sometimes are simply incurable.

Friends and clients I meet with similar problem have causes and symptoms that are very much different.

These pains usually happen due to the injury to the neck disc or nerve problems in the neck, head and in the back portions of the body. This kind of pain can also arise from stress, awkward sleeping position and also for sitting long time in front of computers.

Neck pain can be severe at a time. It can be a sudden or chronic where it can last for more then three months depending on the cause. Some time exact diagnosis cannot be done. While sometime, it is diagnosed as Fibromyalgia for certain pains.

Patients suffering from this kind of pain experience muscle stiffness, soreness, and the neck become stiff to touch. Sometime the acute pain is strong enough to force the neck to turn to one side. In other time there are pain in the base of the skull, one or both-sided headaches, pain radiating down the back and/or arms, tingling arms and/or fingers and general weakness in the neck and/or arms.

It is a proven fact that women experience more neck pain compared to men.

These kinds of neck pain are very problematic and may disappear within two to three days. But sometimes this pain can be caused by a life threatening reason. This are very rare but happens at times.

Meningitis is such a rare kind of pain. This creates an inflammation in brain and spinal chord and is caused by viral as well as bacterial infection. Viral disease is generally common but not devastating. But bacterial meningitis is something very uncommon and can kill the patient as well.

Along with severe neck pain and stiffness one should be cautious of symptoms like sudden rash, fever, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and severe back pain. These are the signals for this disease.

Neck pain may also arise from intense head trauma. Then it may include symptoms like headache, nausea, vomiting, loss or complications in vision, hearing or balance, pain localized behind one eye and weakness in arm and/or leg muscles.

What precautions can be taken to avoid neck pain? For the pain that is not caused by serious neck injury or illness, regular routine should be followed as much as possible unless ones regular routine is the reason behind this pain. For such times, consider ergonomic solutions as the only solution.

Do not use neck collar frequently because this will further weaken the neck muscles. Daily exercise can also prevent such kind of pain and also allow improving fitness of the neck muscles.

One fact that you have to understand is that in such pains, all the muscles around your neck, back and head are connected together. So one cannot ignore these muscles as well. My Neck Pain Relief program heals this kind of pain in a very natural way. Since it’s on the way, I hope you will give a look in this programme as I did and I am hopeful that these pains will go away as they did in my case.

Know All About That Nagging Pain In The Neck

Some years back I had an automobile accident and due to that I suffered from severe neck and back pain. The pain was so unbearable that I had to change how I sat; from seating straight I had to change my pose to a curved one. Car accident can often change life due to this onset of pain that cannot be cured fully.

I do have friends and clients who suffer neck pains but their neck pain causes and symptoms are extremely diverse as are the pain they experience.

Injury or trauma to neck disc or nerve problems within the neck and arthritis are common cause for these pains. These problems arise also due to sitting for a long time before a computer, stress and also sleeping in an awkward position.

Neck pain can be severe at a time. It can be a sudden or chronic where it can last for more then three months depending on the cause. Some time exact diagnosis cannot be done. While sometime, it is diagnosed as Fibromyalgia for certain pains.

It is a proven fact that women experience more neck pain compared to men.

Mostly neck pains are very discomforting and disappears within a day or two but sometimes these pains signal that something really serious has happened to your body.

One of such causes is Meningitis. This is an inflammation of the brain and spinal cord which can be both viral and bacterial. Viral disease is the common one and not that devastating but bacterial one, is a extremely life-threatening disease.

Along with neck pain other symptoms are fever, nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity towards light and sudden rashes. You may also have problem bending your neck and severe back aches as well.

Sometimes neck pain can also indicate several other issues arising from head trauma. Symptoms that should be taken into considerations are headache, nausea, vomiting, loss or complications in vision, hearing or balance, pain localized behind one eye and weakness in arm and/or leg muscles.

How can one avoid this neck pain? One experiencing a pain that is not caused from any injury can follow his/her daily routine unless that pain is not caused due to that regular routine. Time is the best solution for this kind of pain.

Do not use neck collar frequently because this will further weaken the neck muscles. Daily exercise can also prevent such kind of pain and also allow improving fitness of the neck muscles.

One important thing you should always remember that in this kind of pain, all the muscles around your neck, back and head are connected together. It is very important to take care of those muscles as well. Check out my Neck Pain Relief program that helps to cure this pain in a natural way. This programme is coming very soon and I hope you give a look in this exercise as I did and realised that neck pain is curable.

Dementia ” Lack of Oxygen Can Take its Toll!

I recently had a client inform me her mother had been diagnosed with high blood pressure. She encouraged her to try my High Blood Pressure program. Her mother suffered from dementia, so other treatment methods were difficult since they involved daily medication or other complicated steps.

While her blood pressure did go down, that wasnt the major point of her communication to me. It turns out that her mothers dementia symptoms greatly subsided once she started my program!

Dementia figuratively means, deprived of mind. It is a increasing decline in cognitive function which affects memory, attention, orientation, judgment language, motor and problem solving skills. Like vertigo which is basically dizziness due to a myriad of causes, dementia is not a disease per se but instead is caused by damage or disease.

Once thought of as part of the aging process, dementia is now thought to be a deterioration due to damage (stroke or other vascular damage, head trauma, alcoholism ” due to lack of thiamine and certain other vitamin deficiencies), or disease (Alzheimers ” the most common type of dementia, syphilis, Lewy bodies, brain tumors, Picks disease, HIV and/or AIDs, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, Huntingtons disease and Multiple Sclerosis).

Common characteristic include moodiness, memory loss, and communication problems (including the ability to read and write). Most forms of dementia are progressive in nature. The sufferer will gradually find it difficult to perform everyday tasks and can eventually become unable to care for his/herself.

While no longer considered a normal part of aging, studies do reflect that dementia affects 1% of the population over the age of 60, that number doubling every five years after. Interestingly enough, those who are bi or multi-lingual have tend to experience symptoms an average of 4 years later. Use it or lose it, definitely figures in.

Dementia can be dismissed from consideration through Blood tests, CT, PET and MRI scans due to certain diseases or injuries (stroke). However, for many, mental and cognitive tests are required.

A doctor should take into account ones socio-economic, cultural and educational background when administering the test. Just as many claim IQ tests are biased, it is sometimes not easy to know what normal is for a patient.

Risk factors include smoking and drinking (alcohol), due to the fact that it puts one at an increased risk for vascular diseases, which in turn puts one at risk for dementia. Additionally, high cholesterol and diabetes can contribute.

Regardless of how the dementia occurs, whether it is through brain trauma such as stroke or Alzheimers disease, the reason for the dementia is LACK of OXYGEN to vital parts of the brain. Some types of dementia can be reversed while others cant.

However, do not consider having dementia a death sentence, even if your doctor claims otherwise. New research is emerging on the effects of oxygen on already damaged tissues in the brain. The most important key is delivering the oxygen to the necessary areas of the brain. Worst case, you dont want the dementia to progress.

I highly suggest my programs due to the fact that they are completely natural, relaxation and breathing exercises specifically designed to get blood/oxygen to your major organs, including the brain. I highly recommend my Alzheimers program which will be coming soon!

Do I have a Toxic Headache or a Migraine Headache

Having written extensively about Migraine headaches and also about foods to avoid, I found a recent research into food toxins and their affect on health in general very interesting.

Some researchers tell you certain foods should be avoided as triggers, while others believe the same foods are toxic to the system for certain people. These foods include: aged cheese, citrus fruits, chocolate, nuts, cured meats, fatty foods, fried foods, ice cream, yogurt, sour cream, pork, seafood, seafood, alcohol -especially red wine, food additives such as MSG, asparatame, and caffeine.

This can be confusing since there is such a thing as toxic headache. While considered a type of vascular headache like migraine headache, its cause can be conclusively traced to some type of food poisoning either a bacterial infection or an environmental toxin (e.g., pesticide, breathing car fumes). A vascular headache involves an abnormality of the arteries in the brain where they constrict and dilate rapidly and the result is pain.

By definition this is not a migraine (it usually involves a fever), thou many of the symptoms are the same including nausea, vomiting and headache. The migraine headache is unilateral (one side) and throbbing.

Abdominal cramping, diarrhea and muscle pain are symptoms that are typically unique to food poisoning and not to migraine. These symptoms can appear a few hours after ingesting the toxin up but may not appear for up to three days later.

It is not always easy to distinguish between food poisoning and a migraine headache. The odds are against eating the same food over and over and developing food poisoning. Just the same your food preparation habits need examining e.g., consistently under cooking certain fish or poultry, or you work in an environment where you are consistently breathing in the same toxic fumes?

Food poisoning causing toxins can be especially harmful to ones health if you already have a medical condition affecting one of the major organs, an already weakened immune system or if you travel frequently to areas where contamination to food is more likely to occur.

In order to avoid certain food toxins make sure you are thoroughly rinsing your fruits and vegetables (even bagged lettuce), especially if you are susceptible to food poisoning. This will help eliminate fertilizers or pesticides which likely havent been cleaned before packaging. Keep in mind that there are risks when eating out, even in nice restaurants. Even though I love to go out to eat either with my wife or with friends, I know that I cannot completely trust the hygiene or health of the person preparing my food.

I highly recommend you try my Migraine and Headache program, if migraine or tension headache is the cause of your distress. It will help no matter what’s the cause of your headache and the results are amazing.

Unusal Powers of Mind over Matter

I had the honor, a couple of months ago, to set in on a lecture by his holyness, the Dalai Lama. His amazing joyfulness made my mind wonder about the origin of his path.

Regardless of ones particular religion (or lack, thereof), one cannot help but be impressed with the life of Buddha. An actual prince who, after seeing the sickness and dying of his people, couldn’t help but take notice and feel it his duty to try to help.

Buddha decided the only way to do this was to achieve enlightenment and pass on his enlightenment to others, according to historical documents. He also determined he would first have to give up all his worldly possessions and live without in order to do this.

Perhaps it wasn’t that difficult to defy his parents, leave his palace and live in a state of fasting and doing without. I cant say ” Ive never walked in his shoes; however, I cant say this would be my first choice.

Come on, give up the good life? There’s a reason the lottery is so successful. We are (most of us) looking to better our lives and most think that involves money.

Health care at its best was probably nothing more than guesswork, around 500 BC.

Buddha wasn’t concerned about his own health but instead wanted to ease the suffering of those around him. He denied himself the comforts of living in the palace in order to do this.

Now, anyone who has rubbed the belly on a statue of Buddha knows that he did eventually reach enlightenment and through that enlightenment knows he did eventually pick up a fork (although given his home was in modern day Nepal, he likely picked up chopsticks) and eat something.

Although we of course can’t really say for sure if the Buddha belly was a factual picture or just represents a spiritual abundance, modern day nutritionists would likely look at his statue and recognize that he was just a tad on the overweight side and would not recommend this as a healthy weight. But they cant deny the smile on his face.

Even when surrounded by the common man, there is no evidence to support his being a sickly sort. Of course, you might say this was the reward of enlightenment, but I think the power of positive thinking is the real source.

Buddha lived without anger or hate. He didn’t seem to hold grudges. How many of us can say the same? It doesn’t have to be a big life tragedy to bring a person down. Sometimes dwelling on the small stuff, we get consumed with negativity.

There are many studies that have shown us a positive outlook can greatly improve or maintain ones health. The same goes with negativity. Depression and the like can just as easily destroy ones health.

I also believe that you sometimes need a starting point in order to focus. I recommend my Weight Loss Breeze program or my High Blood Pressure program, if weight loss and/or high blood pressure are your ailments, If its stress that’s led to headaches you should try my Migraine and Headache program. They are all natural and guaranteed to show amazing results!

Corrective Eye Surgery and Vertigo as a Result

I’ve learned to listen to other people in order to really accomplish anything in life. As much as someone wants to believe they can somehow figure everything out – feedback is extremely important.

I receive a lot of great ideas from my family, friends and most certainly my clients. Something that has come up more than once is a concern about vertigo resulting from corrective eye surgery.

This was most interesting and I’m glad to be able to share the research I’ve done on this.

Vertigo results from tension around the balance system in the ears. This tension creates a situation in which the body is unable to properly distinguish body position. Tension also prevents adequate blood flow to the head, so the brain lacks in oxygen and nutrition.

Worse, every muscle in the head works in combination with each other creating the imbalance.

Research shows that a number of people have experienced at least some dizziness, vertigo or headaches following eye surgery. This is minor for some, but extremely severe for others.

Another common complaint related to this is that some people find their doctors hesitant to identify the link between the surgery and the vertigo.

My intention is not to try to turn anyone against the surgery. A lot of people have found it extremely beneficial.

However, potential side effects as well as improvments need to be weighed out thoroughly before undergoing any medical procedure.

An important aspect of eye surgery I’ve learned from others is that it is possible some effects such as vertigo or dizziness can last for weeks or even longer.

Again, some of these problems may be rather minor and short term but others find it necessary to seek treatment.

Due to the possibility of negative reactions post surgery, some people have turned to accupuncture or simply keeping the eye glasses rather than taking the risk.

Determining how to treat or cure issues with eyesight is very unique to each individual. What one person finds effective may not be the case for another.

Do you research and make sure you are well informed before determining how you want to go forward in addressing your situation.

You have every right to consult with more than one doctor. Openly discuss any concerns or questions you have. And, ask what kind of support is available post surgery. “If I find that I am dizzy, how will you help me?”

If you are not completely confident in the responses, keep looking.

I also suggest my Vertigo/Dizziness Program. It is all natural and solves the problem by relaxing and strengthening the muscles in your head. It has shown great success no matter what the reason for the dizziness or vertigo is.

The Connection Between Headaches and Weight Gain

I have a client who gained a significant amount of weight in the course of two years. She also suffered from migraines and inquired if there could be a connection.

That was a considerable weight gain, especially over the course of just two years. I began to research and also asked my client about other medical problems such as sleep disorders and medication she was using.

She had tried several migraine medicines over that period of time. One would stop working, so a new one would then be prescribed to take it’s place. She also continued to gain weight.

Given that gaining weight is a rather popular (or actually unpopular) side effect of most migraine medicines, this was not too surprising. In addition to many other side effects, weight gain tends to accompany a numer of drugs for various conditions such as depression and hypertension.

Headaches are also included as a possible side effect. Even migrane drugs can bring about rebound headaches.

Those who suffer from migraines also often avoid activities that would help to maintain a healthy weight. Sensitivity to light and noise can lead to staying indoors resting rather than going out and walking.

This dilemma also calls into question which problem created the other. Certain medications may contribute to weight gain. However, obesity is also known to contribute to migraines and headaches.

I absolutely endorse natural therapies for a number of health problems including weight control and mirgraines. However, if you currently take prescribed medication, do not suddenly stop – at least not without discussing your plan with your doctor. Taking certain medicines then discontinuing suddenly can lead to serious, even life-threatening, results.

The results of my Weight Loss Breeze and Migraine and Headache Relief Programs have been phenominal. Both are completely natural and include special breathing and relaxation exercises with fast results.

What Does Isolated Systolic High Blood Pressure Mean?

As a former high blood pressure sufferer, I understand why this is such a cause for concern. Worrying if one might have it, worry if one does have it, worry that if one doesn’t have it, might they get it later?

In general, a reading of 140 over 90 is considered “high.” 120 over 80 up to 139 over 89 is usually considered “pre-hypertension.” The top number is called the systolic pressure.

Why do these numbers matter? With age, tends to come high blood pressure. It is estimated that at least two thirds of people age 65 and over live with high blood pressure. Some believe the age range may actually start at closer to 50.

Left untreated, high blood pressure strains the heart which can eventually lead to stroke or heart attack.

Other organs can be affected as well such as the kidneys.

The systolic reading measures the force of the blood as the heart beats. The diastolic measures the force of blood as the heart “rests.” The diastolic reading does not have to be high for high blood pressure to exist. If the systolic reading is the only high reading, then isolated systolic high blood pressure may exist.

Since the diastolic pressure actually decreases as we age, the systolic pressure has particular importance. Note however, that both measurements are important to properly diagnose the presence of high blood pressure.

A medical professional should diagnose whether or not high blood pressure exists.

Understand that one does not have to necessarily feel symptoms in order to have high blood pressure. It is known as the “silent killer” as many people do not feel particularly poorly yet suffer from the problem.

The possibility of medication being prescribed does deter some people from having their blood pressure professionally checked. Actually, it is the side effects of the medication that can be a deterent. This is important to discuss with your physician.

Expressing this concern does not necessarily mean that medication still will not be prescribed or recommended. This is a key complaint regarding most Western doctors.

A number of doctors do not trust that improvements to ones lifestyle will take place (rightfully so in many cases) so medication becomes the “safe” answer to keep blood pressure under control.

My all natural High Blood Pressure Program has been tremendously successful in treating and curing high blood pressure (be is Isolated Systolic or otherwise high.) It is very relaxing and requires a small fraction of your time.

Managing Mnire’s Disease

Many people have inquired if the Vertigo and Dizziness Program can be effective for Mnire’s Disease. The program is extremely effective for Vertigo and Dizziness so I would now like to address Mnire’s.

First, it’s important to undertand that vertigo is not actually a disease. It is a symptom normally caused by other illnesses including Mnire’s.

Becasue vertigo is hard to link back to a specific problem, it is often times mistaken for a disease.

The name Mnire’s originates from the physician Prosper Mnire. It is an inner ear disorder which can cause episodes of vertigo, nausea and/or vomiting, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), a feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear and hearing loss.

Episodes can be exhausting and may last from two to fours hours. The time in between attacks has some feeling perfectly fine while others still battle balance problems.

“Drop Attacks” may also occur in which the person feels that they are tilting or falling (even though they are standing straight.) That then prompts the person to react and can cause severe injuries.

Rarely can a specific cause for Mnire’s be determined. The goal with it then is to at least manage the disease. Most sufferers are over the age of 40.

A medical history along with hearing tests and the exclusion of other conditions may result in a Mnire’s diagnosis. Normally blood tests and and MRI will also be involved to rule out other potential problems.

A low sodium diet can help prevent the build up of fluid in the ear, and it is suggested to avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine.

Reducing stress can help as it can be a trigger. Deep breathing and yoga are often prescribed.

Some medications may help, but they nearly always come with side effects (diuretics, antihistamines and steroids.)

For drop attacks that cant be helped by other means, inner ear surgery is sometimes done. It does not cure the Mnire’s, however, and any surgery has associated risks.

Another effective and all natural treatment is my Vertigo and Dizziness Program. It is proven very effective without the risks of medicine and surgery.

Omega Fatty Acids and Your Health

I grew up in Iceland where we would drink the pure fat from fish liver. It’s called lysi and it was awful. Today you can get it in pill form.

I can’t say as I understood just how what we ingest benefits our bodies. But once I grew up, I decided to find out. I was especially curious about the lysi.

Omega Fatty Acids are considered essential but polyunsaturated. So, the body needs them, but cannot produce them. We have to get them in the form of an ingestable.

The best place to get this is in fish such as salmon, tuna or sardines. But, because of the mercury content and other toxins, this needs to be in limited quantities. Two servings per week at most.

Flaxseed, walnuts, soybean or their oils also contain omega fatty acids. In fact, certain foods like margarine, baby formula and orange juice are now manufactured by adding the fatty acids into them.

Getting omega fatty acids through food is considered the best way to get it. You may however want to consult with your doctor or nutritionist to verify just how much you need.

For those whose diets do not provide an adequate amount of the omega fatty acids, supplements may be a good alternative.

Why do we want to do this anyway? Studies have proven that babies require this for proper development.

Death, heart attacks and strokes can be reduced due to the omega fatty acids. They can also slow the progression of atherosclerosis, lower triglycerides, and can lower blood pressure.

Rheumatoid arthritis, depression and anxiety disorders are problems that can be assisted with omega fatty acids.

While my Weight Loss Breeze program includes no special dietary requirements, it is very successful if a healthy weight is your goal.
