  1. Yes, Health is wealth. I am a workaholic and always looking for job that I could earn more without even thinking about my health. I end up being sick and have no peace of mind since I always think about my deadlines. I realized, having lots of money is not worth it if I am not healthy since I will be spending what I earned in buying medicines, still useless. Thanks for the post. I will be following you in Facebook. Just to keep reminding myself. Thanks a lot.

Thank you for the information about SoTru. I still wonder how it is different from other health products on the market. There are plenty now, so confusing!

AGREE! I totally agree that the greatest wealth in life is health! We cannot do anything if we are unhealthy. We cannot start and do our day to day activities if we are unhealthy. That's why too much work is not good. We should take a break and relax :)

  5. Very interesting way to keep good health. Obesity and other general problems can also be corrected by natural way, using yoga. Mental ability can also be enhanced using yogic exercises.
