But you must remember that the knowledge of a personal instructor always helps while developing and implementing a fitness program.

Last but not the least, you must make sure that your fitness program doesn’t disturb your regular schedule of the day. If you set an excessively difficult objective for yourself, then you may not find enough time through the day for the whole workouts, and will eventually lose the will to go forward with your fitness program. Whereas, you will begin to seriously doubt the point of the entire fitness routine if you set the goals too low. So be balanced in your endeavour and then stick to the program to attain your fitness goals.
