  2. Also thinking of starting a "diet" is already just thinking in the short term. The only way a person has become overweight is by poor lifestyle choices, so the only way back to health is to permanently change them. Subtle healthy changes overtime add up to big permanent changes that encourage weight loss and health…starting with what you eat and how you move!

  3. The hardest thing is to start diet. When you are in for like 1 week or 2 weeks it's easy. So be wise and do not give up after 2 days. :)
