It has, throughout the years, remained a benchmark of quality among competitors. Here is a brief overview of this incredible product, the Polar F11 heart monitor watch.

Functions: F11

The Polar F11’s design is fairly fundamental. It’s size is the same as a regular wrist watch, meaning that not similar to other heart rate monitors that are heavier, it may be worn as a daily watch. It includes several creative features like the “Keeps U Fit” program. This program considers the consumers information to make a specialized training program for him or her. Additionally, it provides feedback to the consumer. This is nearly the same as having a personal trainer. With the included Wearlink Coded Transmitter, the Polar F11 can make correct training data as it isn’t ruined by interruptions from other monitors and wireless electronic and training gadgets.

Similar to other Polar heart monitors, the Polar F11 includes unusual features like the Polar OwnCal, Polar Own Zone, and Polar OwnCode. The Polar Own Zone function provides the consumer target heart beats or rate zones for training. This is provided after the consumer’s information has been put in. It’s there to make sure that the consumer trains to his or her potential. It also functions like a safety feature. The Polar OwnCal feature figures out the number of Energy and Calories utilized in one workout or a buildup of several. The OwnCode function works with the chest belt to cancel undesired interruptions from additional wireless electronics which could compromise how correct the training data is.

Final Assessment

This Polar heart rate monitor watch also includes additional features like its automatic heart rate limit, assistance manual and a large easy to read display screen with back lighting. It can withstand submersion in water up to a depth of 100 feet or 30 meters. These are just a couple of the numerous options offered and functions available with the Polar F11 heart rate monitor. If you select one, you are guaranteed to receive many benefits in terms of fitness as well as weight loss.

Well covered review, but from past experience with polar watches the straps can often crack after a period of time. Needing you to replace the strap. This might have changed now on the newer models. Would be good to know?
