The 7 Day Diet Program Designed For Speedy Weight Loss

Do you have a big event on your agenda? Eat all the vegetables you want plus your soup, and for a hard day’s work pleasure yourself with a baked potato for dinner. You can even self-indulge with a little butter.

DAY (3)

Mix the initial 2 days up, except no baked potato.

DAY (4)

Eat as many bananas and drink as much non fat milk as you want along with your soup. No other fruit or vegetables. This day is designed to lower your sweet cravings. Now you’re already half over and finish with the week. That wasn’t so bad, was it?

DAY (5)

you can add some meat into your menu with either poultry (no skin!) or beef. Ten to twenty ounces of meat and up to 6 fresh tomatoes with at least 1 bowl of your soup makes for a delightful day of dining.

DAY (6)

You can eat as much vegetables and beef as you desire with no less than one ration of soup. You can substitute broiled fish for beef, but not both of them.

DAY (7)

Eat a little brown rice and drink some unsweetened fruit juice. Consume as much as you want, and make sure you eat soup not less than once.

That’s it. By now, you should have attained your short term weight loss plans with this low-fat diet, and with continued reasonable eating and supplements, you should have no problem keeping the weight off.   3. I tried this plan a couple of weeks ago but all I lost was water weight; I gained it all back in a week. I was actually thinking of joining a weight loss boot camp to help me shed the extra weight.

  4. But maybe I got my weight back because I after the 7 day program I continued eating like before 8(. So I think it works!

  5. This plan does work, but you also have to do more than just eat fruit and vegetables. You have to exercise too.

    7 days diet does not require a lot of sacrifice. I'll try this diet and maybe again get into some of my favorite dress

    The 7 day diet is good for fast weight loss but if you want to permanently keep a skinny figure you need a good weight loss program.
