Keep in mind that there isn’t an overnight solution to getting rid of stomach fat.
It’s difficult to attain a firm, toned and sculpted body. Those strange machines and gadgets are not necessary to give your abs the workout they need. In order to get a great stomach, do abdominal exercises, the correct cardiovascular training workouts and eat the right food.

What i don't get is you see an actor and he is so overweight and flabby and then a couple of months later you see the same actor and he has great male abs, how do they do it.
I used to be very overweight but i have lost a lot of weight and put on muscle and i now have a great looking body but it took me around 6 months, these actors seem to do it in days.
