    One great thing to remember is consistency. One needs to put their head down and do it, day after day. Whatever it is they decide to do. Don't measure your success every day, but at check points thru out the year. Stay the course and it will work.

    Drinking plenty of water is a good idea. Thirst can sometimes be mistaken as hunger by other people. If you think your hungry try to drink water, you might just be dehydrated/thirsty. This way, it cleanses your body and at the same time loss weight
