Dreaming Of Food Plus Thigh Exercises

Admit it. Ever since you started dieting you couldn’t stop thinking of ice cream or chocolate chip cookies. The more you avoid eating foods that will ruin your thigh exercises, the more you fantasize about them.

Thus, it is normal to keep fantasizing about those forbidden foods, and don’t feel guilty that one day you might gain back all those fats you lost from your thigh exercises, because you just can’t stop thinking of food. People who insist that their diets make them forget about their old eating habits are misguided. There is a great probability that you will.

Old habits die hard. You don’t just eliminate certain foods you were used to eating and hope that you won’t crave for it anymore. Your thigh exercises don’t work and you’re diet keeps failing because you were used to doing things in a particular way for so long that it is hard to break the habit.

While it may be great to know you’re normal what can you do about it? Sometimes it feels as if these daydreams will eventually lead to complete diet failure. They don’t have to.

Facing your food issues is a good way to put them behind you. If you ignore the feelings, and suppress them long enough, you may binge one day when you’re not feeling particularly strong.

Discipline yourself. Eat in moderation. Eliminating a certain food in your diet is not necessarily bad and impossible, but it takes time and control. Throw away the belief that in order for you to lose thigh fat you have to remove certain foods in your diet.

When you realize that ice cream and chocolates don’t exactly have to be removed from your diet, you will find yourself fantasizing about them less often. There will be no more reasons why your thigh exercises don’t work.

Fantasizing about food helps you get in control of your cravings. You miss your favorite potato chips, and daydreaming about it helps you remember. It’s just a phase and the day will come when you’ll realize that you haven’t thought about food the whole day.

Becoming healthy is a long journey. If you want thin thighs, then you have to do thigh exercises. If you want a lesser fat percentage, you stick with a diet plan. You don’t just give up poor eating habits one day and wake up thin the next. It takes mental and physical preparation to get you to a place where your body is fit and your mind is functioning without fail to help you make the right choices.
