		<description>Good point on the maintenance - solar panels can be a lifetime yielding investment if you know how to take care of them (which costs next to nothing). As far as cost goes if you know the trade secrets you can truly build a system worth thousands for hundreds (cells can be purchased in the aftermarket on Ebay for pennies on the dollar). You don&#039;t need a certificate or degree to wire and install them either.  </description>
