		<description>Interesting post... but I have to say one thing about what you say regarding strength training. If you only do strength training, you will not stop burning fat and you will not get big... especially as a women.  
 
You will burn fat especially if you keep pushing yourself, but you will lose endurance strength big time and you can slow down the results you would normally see. 
 
But really good post because most woman don&#039;t even try to strength train... and it&#039;s a huge benefit! </description>
