Asia undoubtedly is the largest the most thrilling among the continents in the world. Variety and diversity is its speciality. The continent is split into diverse sections such as – Central Asia covering the less important places tourism wise, states like Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan; East Asia covering countries like Korea, China, and Japan; North Asia covering Russia; South East Asia covering Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand; South Asia including countries like India, Afghanistan, and Pakistan; and West Asia including Jordan, Israel, and United Arab Emirates. These are the major countries which organize Asia.
If you are planning to visit the continent then you must do some research beforehand, and decide on the sort of experience you wish to have; or how many countries you wish to visit?
It takes more time to fly to Asia from the UK; than it takes to fly to Europe and other countries like America. Planning is the key to a good trip; – whether you want to visit one country or a few more? There are some travellers who visit Asia with the intention of viewing a few countries.
Some of the most sought after tourist destinations are China, Japan, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand; however there are several destinations to pick from. The popular destinations have frequent flights and reasonable rates. The rarer locations usually have less availability and hence the prices are too high. You can usually take a flight from any main UK airport, to any destination in Asia, via the major Airlines such as British Airways, Cathay Pacific Virgin, to name a few. Some of the destinations will need a change of flight; and you must check to see if there are any hitches with a UK passport when going to your destination.
Asia covers almost half of the land area of the globe, thus based on which place you travel, the weather will fluctuate. You may experience a blend of the hottest, wettest, driest, and the coldest places on globe. Central Asia is qute away from the Ocean; therefore you have the edges of the weather; very hot, and dry summers; and quite cold and wet winters. Besides the mountainous terrain, much part of the land is desert. The climate in North Asia, is comparable to the central Asia but, with more rainfall. In southern Asia, the weather is too hot because of its closeness to the equator. It has no winter, but a rainy monsoon season, for instance in India, and Thailand. The rainy season usually commences from June until October, when the rain is non-stop; creating problems for the tourists seeking sun; but very important for the locals who depend on this rainy season for good crops.
Asia offers plenty of activities and things to do for the tourists; there is something for every one no matter what your taste is. Russia is a great destination for tourists, though it is recommended that you stick to the bigger cities and guided holiday tours.
South East Asia is famous destinations for the tourists; you must visit Malaysia and Thailand, for the love of beaches, visit Hong Kong and Japan, for technology and for shopping. There are frequent flights to India and Pakistan, which have hot weather and an array of mouth-watering food to try, and renowned attractions to see.

Asia truly is too diverse to even describe it in a hundred posts, let alone in one. I've never been there but if I could pick, I would go to India first.
"… Some of the most sought after tourist destinations are China, Japan, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand; however there are several destinations to pick from…." So sad to know that Indonesia is not listed here. What about Bali? Is it not a worth visiting place?
I have lived and worked in Asia for the past 10 years and in my experience I found each country so different, we as westerners have so much to learn when it comes to Asia. I lived in Thailand all that time so I am a little biasd, but if you are looking at SE Asia then Thailand along with Malaysia and Vietnam should definately not be missed. Each place has so many different things to see and do, whereas places like singapore and Indonesia are not so great in my opinion.
i have never been there but i hope they have diversity! but the most Appropriate thing i saw they have many nice places out there like kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan; East Asia covering countries like Korea, China, and Japan; North Asia and South Asia including countries like India, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
Asia is a good place to go for holidays and if you get good deal on flight that even better.
