The Diet Plan Of Medifast

Many people ask questions in forums about the latest fad diets, even though they have already joined a weight loss programs. If you are also the one who runs after fad diets, I would like to ask you one plain question to you: why is it that you are searching for another diet plan? Aren’t you pleased with your current weight loss program, and if not, why? Why is your existing diet plan not sufficient for you? Some of the possible reasons why you may not be able to lose weight are as under:

A detox diet plan is designed specially to address the issue of toxic buildup in the body’s organs. Fasting is one of the most significant elements of a detox diet plan. It is so significant, in fact, that the most excited proponents of the detox diet plan recommend a seventy-two hour fast during which you will consume only filtered water. No food, not matter how nutritious, is permitted during this period, even though you are expected to continue a light level of activity. You should not fast if you are in a very warm or cold environment. Once you have finished your three day water fast, you are ready to begin the first phase of the detox diet plan.

This phase is referred to by detox specialists as the monotrophic phase of the detox diet plan, because it needs the person detoxifying to eat only one kind of fruit for each meal. If you select bananas (you can choose whatever fruit you like, but make sure you like it a lot!) you may eat bananas and nothing else. You will also be eating bananas for lunch and dinner, but with dinner you can clean the bananas down with a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice (it doesn’t have to have bananas in it.)

The detox diet plan characteristically features two phases for the detoxification process to occur. The first phase is occurs after the first three days of fasting. It is known by many detox experts as the monotrophic phase of the diet as the one involved in the plan only consumes a single type of fruit with every meal. If you are preparing for your breakfast, for example, you only need to choose a particular kind of fruit to consume and you are limited to only that. This also applies to your lunch and dinner. You might also be given a glass of fresh juice before you take your dinner.

3. Does your weight loss plan blaze your wallet? The perfect weight loss plan should burn your fat, but there are some others that do something else- they burn your pocket instead! You should not at all join those costly weight loss programs that require you to buy special foods from them in order to lose weight. As a matter of fact, you don’t require to eat any ‘special’ food’ in order to lose weight. You can get all the healthy foods you require from your local grocery store!

As you can see, the best weight loss plan should be one that would impose little or no food restrictions, wouldn’t require you to count calories all through your life, and would be quite reasonably priced at the same time! Have you found such a diet plan up till now?

Medifast doesn't really blaze your wallet when you consider the price per meal. We all go out to eat often and we don't complain about that. A whole day of Medifast equals 1 meal going out in price. The downside to Medifast is they don't allow you to have any fruit and fruit cleans your body.
