eating healthy or the sounds of eating healthy is always a drag. but once you get in the habit of eating healthy and taking care of yourself, you think back and cannot imagine how you've eaten so badly. this is a definite challenge for kids and getting kids in the habit of being healthy.

I was really surprised to learn how nasty some of the so called "healthy" juices out there really are. Juices that contain high sugar count but with healthy looking packaging seem to mislead a lot of consumers. You really have to read the labels.
