The acai berry helps to repair your body by providing your body the necessary natural tools to heal and repair itself.

Acai berry has more anitoxidants than red wine without any alcohol content. It helps to flush and cleanse your system. The antioxidants are very powerful at reversing the effects of arthritis.

Acai berry contains soothing minerals that make your bones feel better and those that have taken acai berry say they have relief from the pain that they normally have to endure. The other added benefit of taking acai supplements is acai gives you more energy. This is important to those suffering from arthritis because exercise helps to make the joints more flexible and limber.

Others have talked about their inflammation being reduced after taking the acai berry. Acai berry helps to clear out all bad toxins which can cause inflammation. It helps many feel much better in a lot of ways.

Acai can help you in so many more ways than just reducing inflammation. To keep track of your results and how your feeling it would be wise to keep a log of when and when you aren’t taking the supplement.     Raw juices such as celery, red beetroot and carrot are particularly good for arthritis inflammation too.

    Interesting. Some of these juices are very expensive though I wonder if a freeze dried powder would be as effective.

    I've heard a lot about Acai berries lately. Lots of Acai products showing up all over these days. Pretty soon you'll see Starbucks Acai drinks!

    Acai works marvelous for ailments, arthritis being one of them. I've been using it for a while now and swear by it.
