Very good article. Certainly not a lack of ability but of time management, fear and partly lack of self-confidence. I think it's all within our minds, and our approach towards the goal. It's fascinating if we don't have the interest for the task, even the simple tasks seem too big and if we've the will and passion and interest in completing that task, it may look nothing. It depends person to person, like if someone tells me to give a speech, it'll be a big hurdle for me but if someone says to prepare a word document for him, it'll be an easier task. Self-Confidence is important at first because it first lets you back your abilities and then once you back your abilities, you build everything around it, like will, passion, desire, dreams, etc. We've to create interest in the task we do, stick to our goals and plans and don't allow external factors to disturb our progress. I am sure everyone will succeed in their goals then, a lot of us are troubled by external factors and time management problems as well.
