Hi Mirenda. I read your blog on cake decorating and really enjoyed it. I have never been to a formal cake decorating school but I have helped in the kitchen with my mom and grandmother while they cooked. Baking and decorating cakes was a big event at my house and we all got a chance to learn our family secerets. It is amazing to me to have watched my mother start to put together her ingredients for her cake recipe useing the old methods of measuring. I can't bake cakes like my mother did. They just don't come out the same way.
Thanks for the blog, I enfoyed it.
Regards, Frank
