    I agree that exercise can be extremely useful for weight loss. This is particularly true for weight loss during menopause and weight loss after menopause and for maintaining a target. I've blogged about a scientific study from University of Colorado showing the effects of exercise after menopause. It can make a difference of 9 lbs per year, even before looking at any diets.
