Make your Butt Bigger – Bubble Butt Exercises

Bigger and well-toned butt is what most of us want. This is something that you need to work on. You can’t achieve it by being a couch potato – sitting around and doing nothing. You need to know some exercises for a bigger butt also known as bubble butt exercises.

So, how do we do it? Try these simple but effective exercises.

The Squat

The squat is an easy but effective way of toning your butt. To achieve the desired result, the fats should be burned off and more muscles should be added to the butt. To do the squat, spread your legs at about 2-3 feet apart and assume a sitting down position on an imaginary chair. Add intensity to the lower body by lowering your upper body as much as you can for faster result. Using dumbbells can also produce better results.

The Lunges

If you are already used to carrying weights, you may carry them with both hands while you step one foot forward. With your back straightened, bend your front leg knees to a 90-degree angle and lower the kneecap of your back foot near the floor as low as possible. Try to stay in that position for as long as you can, then reverse your feet position. Repeat the steps and keep doing this exercise to work towards a bigger butt.

The Step-Ups

Do the step-ups on a sturdy platform or chair. Make sure that the height of the chair or platform is knee-level and keep it steady to avoid occurrence of accidents.

Pretend that you are going up a flight of stairs and start stepping one of your legs to the platform or chair and use it to pull your body up. Put all your weight on the stepping leg and raise the knee of your other foot toward your chest without stepping the foot on the platform or chair. Step down and reverse position with the other foot. Keep doing it until you get used to the step-up exercise. It is a good way to make your butt bigger.

Walk, Stride, Jog and Run

Although you may not realize it, the activities that you usually do every day are great exercises for a bigger butt. When we walk or stride, we burn off calories and fats, making it a great habit to start. It strengthens the feet, thighs, ankles and, most importantly, your butt. More muscles will make the butt bigger. Running and jogging merely amplifies the results of walking or striding.

Commit yourself to consistently doing the exercises regularly before you try them. Achieving the desire of getting a bigger butt is not the end, you will need to maintain what you have achieved or you’ll be back from where you started. Monitor your progress diligently to make sure your efforts are not wasted.
