    I have a friend who also experience the same thing..she undergone a strict diet and quickly she lose a lot of weight but then after a while she went back to her old habits and diets and she gained weight again..even twice with the weight she lose the first time. So I'd say, if you want to lose weight..you have to be committed to your goals to achieve the result you want.

    People always choose eating dieting pills as they thought that its the most effective. If not will be eating lesser which they think is productive.In the contrary, its actually eating more that will help to lose more weights! What I meant is eating 5 times a day with a little at each time to control hunger pangs.This will in turn control diets!
