I agree , my teeth are always white , but I do need to touch them up now and then (smoking coffee etc), acheap at home top up kit is just the job, and it doesn't take long!
And it is not just yellowing , it is also some times the horrible brown stain in between the edges on the bottom row , that just won't shift, what is that? It looks so dirty, I bought a sonicare for that alone (I had an oral b electric) but it still won't go , I think it might be tea staining (english)!

Hi Paul, I've found that home teeth whitening kits can vary massively with how effective they are. I've tested a handful out over the past 6 months or so, so I could post the results on my site. Obviously there is still nothing better than going to a Dentist, but a couple of the kits I tried came close.
I love your blog and your advice. I still think Usmile is the best alternative to going to the dentist. Laser is definitely the best but there is something that seems wrong about pointing a laser to your head.
The best whitening kit that my patients have used and liked is Crest. They say it's effective and also is a fair price. I would always recommend going to the dentist (of course I'm biased), but I just thought I would get my patients' voices out there.
