Burning calories can be hard when you don’t have enough time to work up a sweat. Trimming your tummy doesn’t have to include hours at the gym or simply subsisting on lemons and maple syrup. Here is a list of what’s Hot and what’s Not when you need to trim your tummy.
1. Cardio
What’s Hot: Interval training is a guarantee when you want to trim your tummy. Instead of doing the usual jog around the block try some short sprints with speed walking in between. By always challenging your workout you are able to mix it up enough to lose the pregnancy weight.
What’s Not: Running an untiring and monotonous hour on the treadmill eventually becomes counter-productive because it is a habit. You can’t trim your tummy if your body is still in its comfort zone. Changing your cardio workout just once won’t cut it when you are sliming down – you have to always be mixing it up to keep your metabolism up to speed. If you are always introducing new moves and exercises, your body will be working ten times harder and you’ll burn the baby fat ten times faster.
2. You are what you Eat
What’s Hot: The classics never fade and that is the key when choosing your life long commitment to eating healthy. Moderation is the best basis for your diet to trim your tummy. You don’t have to cut out an essential food item like carbs or sugars out all together, just keep them in check. Make sure you don’t substitute real raw sugar for high fructose cornstarch or whole grain bread loafs for simulated white loafs.
What’s Not: Skipping meals doesn’t help when you need to trim your tummy. If you take a week just on broth, you are depriving your body of much needed nutrients. Starving yourself makes your metabolism “sluggish” and this will backfire on your dieting efforts when you start eating again becasue your body is still operating in starvation mode and will store the food. The end result will be that the pounds you lost will come back faster and then some.
We don’t have to re-invent the weightloss wheel and we don’t have to believe the diet hype and spend tons of cash on decadent exercise machines or diet plans. The ability to trim your tummy isn’t a new invention like these fad diets or exercise routines. We can take a history lesson from the women came before us who lived without the excesses and conveniences of our modern world – they ate less processed food and they had less sedentary lifestyles. So, live a healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising regularly and save your money.

I agree completely. Everything in moderation. You eat heathily the majority of the time and a chocolate bar every now and then or a meal out isn’t going to make you balloon up to 15 stone. But two a day for a few months along with no excersise, junk food and lack of sleep cause your hyped up on e numbers and you will see the pounds piled on.
Weight loss when you come down to it is just common sense and self restraint – you may want a mcdonalds but at the end of the day, it’s not got any positive nutritious benifit.
