Certain foods are extremely difficult for the human body to convert into body fat – not impossible but damned near impossible. By consuming calories derived from these foods, the anabolic margin of error is extended dramatically, which means it will be easier to lose fat and gain muscle, if you choose. Most people do not need an ultra low fat diet, but most of us could improve our diet by cutting out the junk fats. The majority of people do not need an ultra low carb diet, but unfortunately, many people who do go on a low fat diet continue to eat highly processed foods.
On proteins
Protein is composed of many amino acids. And there’s a products called Profect which delivers 25 grams of protein and the complete spectrum of water-soluble vitamins in less than three fluid ounces. This product deliver complete protein in a vitamin enriched formula.
Whey protein contains proteins like alpha-lactalbumin which is is rich in sulphur-containing amino acids. Nutrients that prevent wrinkle formation include monounsaturated fat, vitamin C, retinol, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and zinc.
Biotin is classified as a Vitamin B, so if you have Type A blood, adding higher doses of 5-8 grams twice daily will be needed to help prevent hair loss. Milk and dairy is also a major source of Vitamin D and a deficiency of Vitamin D has been linked to heart disease and cancer. And removing wheat can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies as well as reducing a persons fibre content.
The restaurant
How many times have you gone into a restaurant to order a hamburger and a drink only to have the clerk ask: Unless you go to a 5 star French restaurant every night, you can replicate most restaurant meals at home for a fraction of the price.
And if you are into good salads like Caesar salad dressing which may contain raw egg yolks, and a restaurant chef may recommend your pork chop be cooked to only 145 degrees. But one thing is to check to see if the restaurant has a clean plate policy for additional servings of salad.
