If you know what job you want, you should not have many difficulties with finding good answers to the companies questions. Which indeed as mentioned, you need to be well prepared for.

But, if you are in a position where you really do not know what you want to do with your life, you could talk to a career coach. My personal experience has actually helped me changed my career path, and being able to find out what I really want to do with my life. Of course it can be a long process, because actually listening to your gut feelings hidden somewhere beneath all those choices made in the past, is really difficult, and can take months.

Preperation is very important….not just your documents that you bring. I’ve always been a pretty bad interviewee…good thing I got a temp position before starting work
