  2. zohaisx says:

Well.. It’s nothing bad.. It’s all part in freedom of speech right? He’s not charged or anything rite?

  3. plan design says:

The election of Obama let me think about the percentage of people with black, brown & yellow skin in USA. Anyway, it will be a great event in human history.

  4. Just because you have freedom of speech doesn’t mean you should say or create something like this.

  5. Web Mumble says:

Freedom of speech also comes with the responsibility to not use your right at all times. It’s like me wearing a shirt that says “Obama Is An “N” Word”. I have the right, but personal responsibility and social awareness keep me from doing so. That, and the fact that I think racism is something that we should have been done with by now. Hasn’t society realized that no matter where you are from, or what color you are, we all share some of the same goals and values?

  6. Bradvera says:

ROFL!! Thats hilarious but i think he’s gone wayyyy to far on that one. Well, i guess with this much persecution and opposition and racism, if he still gets to be the President, its a major achievement!

  7. Obama actually does look a bit like Curious George. Double standards, if you ask me.

  8. Jack says:

Marenda, I used to have your page as one of my homepage tabs. But now as you want to provoke something which you didn’t need too I’ll just find inspiration elsewhere.

  9. Porch Lifts says:

Yeah I don’t see how you could not think comparing Obama to a monkey is anything but racist. I am all for freedom of speech, but that doesn’t mean I agree or think it is right.

  10. Thats pretty bad in my opinion.

  11. obaminator says:

lol thats funny. and marenda, just ignore all these obama butt-huggerz -_-

  12. herpes says:

Well, in my opinion thats a little over the top. Election candidate or not, portraying someone as a monkey, what more on a T-Shirt, is rather rude

  13. Kei says:

To make shirts like that quite frankly is insulting. I feel that the creator of those shirts knew exactly what he was doing when he made them. He has the right to do what he wants, but he shouldn’t be ignorant at the same time. Hopefully we can all rise above actions such as that.

  14. poker says:

Haha. Thats a funny t-shirt. Though i dont think its really racist but more of poking fun at Mr Obama.

  15. It’s not good. you are free for your own thoughts but it never means to insult someone.

  16. blisters says:

Sometimes, when we’re all blessed with free speech, someone has to abuse it and misuse it :( .

  17. John Musca says:

Is it not amazing that when it comes to OBAMA anything that is not supportive is insulting yet, when it came to BUSH everything insulting was acceptable. Now we cannot claim difference in parties as I remember all of the crap that was handed on a plate to Bill Clinton when it came to Monica Lewinski.

Just because the MESSIAH (yes, we have comical photo's of Jesus Christ in circulation as well, he just has a better sense of humor) is in office does not mean that all WIT has to be suppressed. Not everything is meant to be racial. I am caucasion and I call my youngest child a *monkey* all of the time.

    People really get a grip……..

    • John I think it seems over the top to you because you fail to realize and/or understand that the term "monkey" was and is still used as a racial slur of sorts, you calling your child a monkey is not at all the same in this case and to try to compare the 2 is ridiculous. But thanks for sharing your perspective
