If you took a poll of the most common smoothie, what do you think you would find? Chances are that it would be strawberry banana smoothies.

Something this popular has to taste great! So it’s a good time to follow the trend and add your own unique spin to the concoction.

Strawberry and banana are a winning combination for many reasons. Banana is a creamier fruit that is very sweet.

Strawberries are of course very sweet, but they are also quite tart and rich with passion. They go perfectly with the sweet and mellower bananas.

The ingredients of the most common strawberry banana smoothies include ice, milk, and the same said fruits. It’s a fine recipe all by itself, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find ways to improve upon it.

One of the best things about smoothies is that you can combine almost any kind of fruits in the blender and come out with something that tastes wonderful.

Here’s a quick tip: Try tossing in some blueberries when you’re mixing up strawberry banana smoothies. This will add a subtle layer of flavor to die for.
