Doing the same things over and over expecting different results is insanity. The only way to get different results is to change what we do. The process of change begins in our minds. Our thoughts help shape and create our circumstances in life. Living life abundantly is a continuous process of training and transforming our minds to achieve optimal living.
My name is Marenda. I started this blog with the intentions of expressing my thoughts, provoking thought, bridging gaps, and sparking conversation. The agenda is to entertain, educate, and empower. The goal is to inspire, encourage, and uplift. The mission is to Live Life Abundantly and to share the lifestyle with as many people as possible.

Well.. It’s nothing bad.. It’s all part in freedom of speech right? He’s not charged or anything rite?

The election of Obama let me think about the percentage of people with black, brown & yellow skin in USA. Anyway, it will be a great event in human history.

Just because you have freedom of speech doesn’t mean you should say or create something like this.

Freedom of speech also comes with the responsibility to not use your right at all times. It’s like me wearing a shirt that says “Obama Is An “N” Word”. I have the right, but personal responsibility and social awareness keep me from doing so. That, and the fact that I think racism is something that we should have been done with by now. Hasn’t society realized that no matter where you are from, or what color you are, we all share some of the same goals and values?

ROFL!! Thats hilarious but i think he’s gone wayyyy to far on that one. Well, i guess with this much persecution and opposition and racism, if he still gets to be the President, its a major achievement!

Obama actually does look a bit like Curious George. Double standards, if you ask me.

Marenda, I used to have your page as one of my homepage tabs. But now as you want to provoke something which you didn’t need too I’ll just find inspiration elsewhere.

Yeah I don’t see how you could not think comparing Obama to a monkey is anything but racist. I am all for freedom of speech, but that doesn’t mean I agree or think it is right.

Thats pretty bad in my opinion.

lol thats funny. and marenda, just ignore all these obama butt-huggerz -_-

Well, in my opinion thats a little over the top. Election candidate or not, portraying someone as a monkey, what more on a T-Shirt, is rather rude

To make shirts like that quite frankly is insulting. I feel that the creator of those shirts knew exactly what he was doing when he made them. He has the right to do what he wants, but he shouldn’t be ignorant at the same time. Hopefully we can all rise above actions such as that.

Haha. Thats a funny t-shirt. Though i dont think its really racist but more of poking fun at Mr Obama.

It’s not good. you are free for your own thoughts but it never means to insult someone.

Sometimes, when we’re all blessed with free speech, someone has to abuse it and misuse it :(.
