Happy Earth Day!
Just some food for thought for today and every day:
Earth Day
I am the Earth
And the Earth is me.
Each blade of grass,
Each honey tree,
Each bit of mud,
And stick and stone
Is blood and muscle,
Skin and bone.
And just as I
Need every bit
Of me to make
My body fit,
So Earth needs
Grass and stone and tree
And things that grow here
Naturally.
That’s why we
Celebrate this day.
That’s why across
The world we say:
As long as life,
As dear, as free,
I am the Earth
And the Earth is me.

Happy Earth Day Marenda, Just checked the google earth day logo

I know its bad but I didn’t realize that it was Earth day until I went to Google and saw their Earth Day image.
I think every day should be Earth day though and try to do what I can to keep the environment clean. I pick up trash when I walk my dog, and I am always amazed at how disrespectful some people are to the environment.
