2 Cd’s released in 2007 Every Woman Should Have!
If Mary J. Blige is the queen of Hip Hop Soul then Keyshia Cole is no doubt the princess!

When it comes to music, I am extremely particular about what I listen to.
From the door Mary J. Blige has always been at the top of my list of: Artists that make life soundtracks. When she hit the seen in the early 90’s with What’s the 411, I knew then, that she would be around for a long time! Mary J. Blige makes meaningful songs that women can relate to. Her music resonates with my spirit!
Keyshia Cole is cut from the same royal artist fabric as Mary J. Blige. As I watch her career, listen to her music, and peek into her life via her reality show, I know that I’m looking at the next queen of hip hop soul! Keyshia Cole has all of the ingredients necessary…
The power of their voices goes beyond there vocal ability…They both have this uncanny way of being strong yet vulnerable, regal but regular…they have that familiar girl next door vibe…their voices are like the voices of many women…every day women going through the “Growing Pains ” of life…they empower, encourage, and inspire…their music represents the voices of a generation(s) of women!
When Mary J.Blige and Keyshia Cole sing its like they strip down get naked (they courageously bare their hearts and souls). They let it be known that they are “Just Like You.”
Don’t burn their cd’s, buy them! It’s well worth it!
I haven’t really explored interviewing people, but as I type this and contemplate the overall concept of Living Life Abundantly and how it relates to Keyshia Cole and Mary J. Blige…I think I need to make it a goal to somehow get an interview with both of them. (I’ll have my people call their people lol…no seriously, I will put forth a serious effort to make it happen. It is a must for 2008!)

I totally agree with your thought that “The power of their voices goes beyond there vocal ability…”
But, I also like Rihanna’s album. Her voice is also good.
